Workers:
- Your skills, certificates, and availability are visible to employers when you apply to jobs
- Your name and contact information are only revealed after an employer selects you (bias-free hiring)
- Your profile photo is never shown to employers before selection
Employers:
- Your business name and job details are visible to workers
- Your contact information is shared with selected workers
3.2 With Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers:
- Stripe: Payment processing, identity verification, and payouts
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud storage, and analytics
- Google Maps: Location services and distance calculations
- Email delivery services
- Cloud hosting providers: Secure data storage
