When you use JobrNow, we automatically collect:

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Usage data (features used, time spent in app, interactions)
• Location data (derived from postal code for job matching)

• Google Maps: Geocoding and distance calculation services

Workers:

• Your skills, certificates, and availability are visible to employers when you apply to jobs
• Your name and contact information are only revealed after an employer selects you (bias-free hiring)
• Your profile photo is never shown to employers before selection

Employers:

• Your business name and job details are visible to workers
• Your contact information is shared with selected workers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing, identity verification, and payouts
• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud storage, and analytics
• Google Maps: Location services and distance calculations
• Email delivery services
• Cloud hosting providers: Secure data storage

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
